Jenny Boles is a moving image artist currently based in Bozeman, Montana. She works across experimental nonfiction, sound, and installation. She is interested in thinking about movement ecology, institutional archives, relationships between photographs and moving images, media materiality, and histories of landscapes, power, infrastructure. She holds a Ph.D. in History from Indiana University and an MFA in Documentary Media from Northwestern University and is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Film and Photography at Montana State University.
